Our catering can be served individually or in family style trays.  For catering over 10 people, we recommend family style trays.

All catering orders include cutlery, napkins & plates or bowls unless otherwise specified.

We accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs. You can view our vegan options as well as see allergens in the descriptions of all our menu items. If you have additional questions about ingredients, please contact your local store. Feel free to mention any allergen sensitivities in the “Special Requests” box at checkout.


You can select delivery windows of 15 minutes (ex: 12:00-12:15 PM) on our ordering page. We recommend choosing an earlier window to allow for food set-up.

While we can’t 100% guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, feel free to check with us. You’ll be able to fill out a request form if placing a delivery order with an out-of-zone address. You can always place a pick-up order from a nearby SoFresh location.

Yes, we do! Our house accounts with monthly billing are a great option for companies looking to place a large volume of catering orders. If you’re interested in setting one up, please contact your local store.

A 10% delivery fee will be applied to your order. Certain mileage rates will apply, please contact your local store for more information.

If your requested delivery time is more than 24 hours out, you can edit your order by contacting your local store or calling your catering specialist. If you need to make changes within 24 hours of your event, contact your local SoFresh by phone.

We do charge 50% of your order’s total for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time, but there are no charges for cancellations with more than a day’s notice. The more heads-up we have, the better. We’ll try our best to accommodate your scheduling changes, please contact your local store for details.
