The simple answer is no. While experience is always helpful, it is not necessary for running a successful SoFresh restaurant. More important is the willingness to learn and follow operational manuals.

The range in development cost has a lot to do with the previous tenant in the location and the size of the space. We typically look for previous restaurant space that has certain essentials already built-out and between 1200-1600 square feet.

The franchise fee is $25,000 plus applicable taxes and an on-going royalty of 6% and a 2.5% co-operative advertising fund (1% local & 1.5% national).

100%, our close-knit team will equip and support you throughout the entire process. We provide a training program for you and your team that includes all aspects of running a SoFresh. Our hands-on teamwork approach includes on-location training and support from the SoFresh opening team. Our training includes: food preparation, ‘back of the house’ management, ‘front of the house’ management, food safety, customer services, point of sale software, and financial management.
Yes, SoFresh offers both single and multi-unit franchises.
The minimum cash required to support the opening of a SoFresh is $120,000 – $150,000.
